Welcome to the Mind Mirror App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mind Mirror App (“the App”), owned and operated by The Mind Mirror LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App or any part of it
Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities
Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
To use the App, you must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your country) and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
The App may offer both free and paid features. Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and subject to their respective terms. Prices and billing terms are disclosed before purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple/Google
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing cycle ends
No refunds will be given for partially used subscription periods unless required by law
The App provides tools related to meditation, neurofeedback, breathing, and self-awareness. These are intended for general wellness support only.
We do not provide medical advice.
Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any mental health or physical health-related program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition or are taking medication.
Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Some features may allow you to submit personal notes, session feedback, or emotional responses.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content to operate and improve the App. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising.
All content, design, software, and branding within the App are the intellectual property of the Mind Mirror LLP or licensed third parties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without our prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We strive to provide a stable and functional App experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be removed at our discretion.
We may update the App from time to time, and you agree to install updates when prompted. Failure to install updates may affect the App’s performance or functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or for other legitimate reasons.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss or corruption
Interruptions in availability or performance
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the 12 months preceding a claim (if applicable).
These Terms are governed by the laws of “England and Wales”, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales
